ASST. MANAGER, RIG OPNS (BH,MM,NFA,ALR)

Manage the operations of four offshore drilling and workover units, including the monitoring and management of drilling contractors and the resolution of operational problems in cooperation with subordinate Superintendents, to ensure drilling and intervention objectives are achieved safely and efficiently.

• Minimum 15 years' experience in offshore drilling and workover operations, including 5 years as an Offshore Drilling Supervisor and 5 years as an Offshore Drilling Superintendent.
  
• Experience in managing offshore drilling, workover and intervention operations, including contractor oversight and operational performance management.
  
• Tendering and contracting experience.
• Proven leadership and people management skills with a keen awareness of cultural sensitivities and a passion for managing HSE.
• Strong communication skills in English (demonstrated verbal and written skills).
• High energy and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding performance, with a "can do" attitude and proven track record in drilling and workover operations

BSc in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
