Attorney - Financial Transactions (Commercial Lending)
Baird Holm LLP is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience to join and support the firm's commercial lending practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions alongside a collaborative, nationally recognized team.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as lead counsel on commercial loan transactions
- Drafting and negotiating loan documents
- Managing and mentoring junior attorneys
- Conducting and overseeing due diligence
- Coordinating and closing complex transactions
Experience with commercial and industrial lending is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant commercial lending experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability and comfort working directly with clients
The successful candidate will be team-oriented, client-focused, and motivated to help grow the firm's commercial lending practice through relationship building and business development.
