• Create, execute, and report on high-quality test automation artefacts such as automated test cases, test data etc. and adhere to section standards and guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and provide on-the-job training to Junior and Trainee members of the test automation team.
• Create and maintain documentation to support test automation delivery, meet reporting obligations, and define quality standards for the test automation team.
• Initiate, build, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships between the test automation team and the ICT Division, business, and operational areas.
• Tailor your communication (written and verbal) to respective audiences.
• Contribute to strategic thinking and innovation within the test automation team to increase efficiencies in delivery of quality outcomes, and advocate for the team and its benefits across the organisation.
• Provide limited technical advice on applications, systems, environments, data, and tools (etc.) to the test automation team and stakeholders to facilitate test project delivery.
