Automotive Area Manager Q3 2026

Manage and supervise the daily operations of three maintenance workshops within the Giza area.
Monitor workshop performance, productivity, and service quality to ensure operational excellence.
Lead, coach, and support workshop managers and technical teams to achieve performance targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
Monitor maintenance operations, diagnose operational challenges, and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Prepare operational reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Optimize resource allocation, manpower utilization, and workshop efficiency.
Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities while maintaining high technical standards.
Support business growth by improving operational performance and customer experience.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
Proven experience 1 to 3 in workshop operations or automotive maintenance management.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent knowledge of automotive maintenance processes and workshop operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple workshops and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with workshop management systems is an advantage.
Valid driving license is preferred.
