Location: Macpherson
Working Hours: Office Hours (5.25 Days)
Key Duties:
- Provide technical repair support and troubleshooting guidance to the dealership network.
- Perform on-site vehicle diagnosis and repairs while working closely with workshop teams.
- Handle repair enquiries with manufacturers, coordinate follow-ups, and provide technical coaching to workshop personnel.
- Monitor technical issues, maintain accurate service data, identify recurring faults, and support continuous improvement of aftersales service processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering or relevant.
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
