Automotive Repair Manager

Job Summary

Perform engine overhauls, air-conditioning servicing, vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs using diagnostic equipment to ensure vehicle quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform engine overhauls to restore vehicle performance
• Service air-conditioning systems and cooling coils to maintain optimal function
• Carry out scheduled maintenance services and general vehicle repairs to ensure reliability
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle defects using diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately
• Repair and rectify identified vehicle defects to restore safe operation
• Conduct quality control checks on vehicles to confirm they meet safety and performance standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
• Communicate clearly with colleagues to support smooth workflow
• Work independently with a proactive and positive attitude to meet job requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Good team player with strong social and communication skills
