Automotive Sales BDC Associate

As a Sales BDC Associate at Subaru Evergreen Park, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for managing customer inquiries and driving sales leads to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients. You will act as the first point of contact for potential customers, coordinating communications between clients and the sales department to maximize customer satisfaction and support dealership sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Follow up with prospective customers to set appointments and generate leads for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs in the dealership’s CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with sales staff to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
• Provide product information and answer general questions about Subaru vehicles and dealership services.
• Assist in managing and organizing sales appointments and test drives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or BDC role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
