Automotive Sales Representative – Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta

Role Overview
• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them to the right vehicle.
• Present features, technology, and benefits in a clear, informative way.
• Lead test drives that genuinely support the buying decision.
• Provide straightforward information on pricing, leasing, and financing options.
• Maintain follow-up communication that feels respectful, not high-pressure.
• Handle digital inquiries promptly and set solid appointments.
• Build long-term relationships that earn repeat and referral business.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous sales experience (automotive preferred, not required).
• Someone comfortable closing deals without being pushy.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner.
• Able to learn product knowledge and speak to features accurately.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage follow-up.
• Available on weekends and evenings.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing.

• Full-time opportunity with realistic earning potential: $85,000–$150,000+
