AX Information Security Operations Manager

Oversee the enterprise information security policy and management framework, define the information security organization’s AX AI Transformation strategy, design and implement AI agents to automate ISMS-P operations, and lead gap analysis and remediation aligned with ISMS-P certification standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate the corporate information security policy and management framework.
• Develop the AX AI Transformation strategy for the information security organization.
• Design and implement AI agents to automate information security management system operations.
• Lead gap analysis and remediation against ISMS-P certification standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating information security certifications and leading gap analysis and improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience implementing information security controls in AX environments using AI or automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to use AI tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, Credit Information Use and Protection Act, and Personal Information Protection Act is preferred.
• Resume and portfolio are required, including AI-enabled work achievements.
• No restrictions on overseas travel.
