Back-end Developer
Develop and maintain Stratumn's SaaS product Trace by writing performant server-side code, improving API reliability, testing application workflows, monitoring production, and collaborating on architecture and UX integration.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full application lifecycle.
- Write well-structured, readable, performant, and maintainable code.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to improve test coverage.
- Monitor production using monitoring tools and alerts.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UX with server-side logic.
- Participate in design and architecture sessions to improve the platform.
- Keep up with emerging technologies and tools.
Requirements
- Good understanding of web application design, development, and deployment.
- Knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Practical experience with Node.js or a similar programming language.
- Strong analytical and time-management skills.
- Autonomy.
- Ability to work in a team with a problem-solving attitude.
- Engineering degree or Master's degree in Computer Science.
- Fluent English.
