Back-end / full-stack software engineer

Design, develop, and deploy software solutions that power F2Pool products. Build scalable systems and secure, extensible server code, design performant database schemas, apply automated testing, CI/CD, container orchestration, and modern cloud technologies, and improve products and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Design software architecture.
• Develop software solutions.
• Create scalable systems using modern cloud technology.
• Build extensible, well-tested, and secure server code.
• Use automated testing, CI/CD, and container orchestration.
• Design performant, scalable, and maintainable database schemas.
• Suggest improvements to products and internal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant studies.
• Knowledge of HTTP, WebSocket, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Understanding of Unix/Linux principles and proficiency with shell tools.
• Familiarity with Python, Docker, and Golang.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and establish an efficient development environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to take ownership.
