Backend Engineer

Develop and optimize the investment app by building new features, designing and maintaining a well-tested microservice architecture, creating highly available and scalable services, managing Kubernetes infrastructure, and implementing monitoring, tracing, and cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the investment app and features such as reference accounts, savings plans, and secondary market trading.
• Design and maintain a well-tested microservice architecture.
• Create highly available and scalable services using Kubernetes, Istio, and GCP.
• Manage and operate service-oriented Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Develop backend systems in Go.
• Design and maintain relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Implement monitoring and tracing with Grafana, Prometheus, and Jaeger.
• Ensure the cybersecurity of operated services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Go and backend development.
• Development experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience in distributed systems development.
• Experience managing Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Experience with Istio and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with monitoring and tracing tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Jaeger.
• Good understanding of blockchain technologies, especially Ethereum.
• Strong sense of cybersecurity.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work autonomously.
• Preferably experience in FinTech or a strong interest in financial solutions.
