💼 About the Role
We're looking for a Backend Software Engineer to help develop and scale our internal and client-facing fintech platforms. You'll join a cross-functional team of product thinkers, engineers, and designers to shape high-performance systems that drive financial innovation.
🧩 What You'll Do
Develop and maintain core backend services
Participate in system architecture and API design
Work closely with product team to deliver robust solutions
Optimize application performance and scalability
Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement
✅ Requirements
5+ years of experience in backend development (programming language doesn't matter)
Good English and communication skills (all communication and documentation is in English)
AI driven (you already use Claude Code, Codex or something similar in your daily flow)
Be open for new technologies and flows
Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system architecture
Experience working with SQL databases and caching systems
Familiarity with Docker and Linux-based environments
Background in AWS infra is a plus
