Bancassurance Business Analysis Unit Manager

Job Summary:
Our client, a leading Microfinance Institution (MFI), is seeking a Bancassurance Business Analysis Unit Manager. The role will coordinate with insurance partners to secure a bancassurance license, lead implementation of insurance partnership projects, and support product development. The manager will also develop processes and policies, provide training and coaching to sales teams, and drive strategies to achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with insurance partners for licensing and partnership requirements.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to branch staff on insurance products.
• Develop internal policies and procedures for bancassurance operations.
• Initiate sales strategies and concepts to help branches meet targets.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and service quality.
• Provide timely reports on progress, challenges, and performance.

Main Requirements:

• Masters or Bachelors in Finance & Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, analysis, problem-solving, communication, and relationship management.
• Leadership and management experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentations.
• Good English (spoken & written).

• Knowledge of business and product development in insurance is a plus.
