Job Summary

• Perform settlement function for both physical shares deposit registration and CCASS Settlement Instructions (SIs)

• Prepare interchange of stock code input form for share consolidation, subdivision and generate the excel file to cancel the CBBC / derivative warrant expiration in SMS

• Consolidate customers’ instruction form and update SMS system accordingly

• Handle Deceased Account’s asset based on the probate

• Prepare documents for IPO applications and refund

• Stock Reconciliation between bank and CCASS + SB

• Assist in conducting UATs for system enhancement and departmental projects.

Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline(s)/Higher Diploma

• At least 1-2 years of in Securities operations related to Share Settlement and Corporation Action

• Sufficient market knowledge in HK market is preferred

• Good PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
