Bar Supervisor / Bar Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor / Bar Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of the bar. The position will be offered based on the candidate's experience and level of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar.

  • Lead, supervise and motivate the bar team.

  • Ensure beverages are prepared and served according to quality and service standards.

  • Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.

  • Manage inventory, stock levels and beverage supplies.

  • Assist with staff scheduling, training and performance management.

  • Monitor sales, beverage costs and overall operational performance.

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards within the bar.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant workplace and licensing requirements.

  • Work closely with management to improve bar operations and customer experience.

  • Support promotional activities and initiatives to drive business.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in bar, restaurant or hospitality operations.

  • Candidates with supervisory or management experience will be preferred.

  • Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar operations.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.

  • Able to work independently and manage a team.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Employment Information

  • Position: Bar Supervisor / Bar Manager

  • Salary: $2,700 – $4,000 per month, depending on experience and business level

  • Working Hours: 44 hours per week, with overtime as required

  • Annual Leave: 10–14 days per year, depending on position

  • Employment Type: Full-time
