Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Identify and qualify potential leads and assess their needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up with customers to maintain engagement and nurture relationships.
- Provide information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions.
- Record and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets and KPIs.
