What You'll Do
Come thrive at Birdeye and help build the future of Experience Marketing. As a BDR Enablement Manager, you will be the primary owner of enablement for Birdeye's global BDR India organization. This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving onboarding, training, coaching, and enablement programs across the IndiaBDR teams.
Working closely with Business Development Leadership, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Marketing, you will single-handedly drive BDR readiness by creating scalable learning experiences, sales playbooks, coaching frameworks, and enablement resources that improve productivity, messaging, and pipeline generation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building enablement programs from the ground up, thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and can independently influence performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Enablement Programming
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end onboarding experience for new BDR hires across India.
- Independently design, facilitate, and deliver live training sessions, workshops, certifications, and ongoing enablement programs for BDRs.
- Analyze existing enablement content and regularly refresh messaging, collateral, email templates, talk tracks, and learning materials.
- Build coaching frameworks, call scorecards, and structured development plans that enable managers and BDRs to improve execution.
- Partner with Product Marketing to train BDRs on new product launches, positioning, competitive messaging, and GTM updates.
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation, process guides, learning paths, and knowledge repositories for new and tenured BDRs.
- Review sales calls, identify coaching opportunities, and deliver actionable feedback to improve prospecting and qualification skills.
Campaign Alignment
- Own BDR enablement for major marketing campaigns by developing training, messaging, and execution plans.
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve BDR playbooks that maximize meeting generation, qualification quality, and pipeline creation.
- Partner closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to identify skill gaps, measure enablement effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements.
