Job Summary:
The Behavioral Health Program Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and program support for Behavioral Health services, with a primary focus on Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) service lines. Reporting to the Behavioral Health Program Manager and working closely with the Behavioral Health Clinical Manager overseeing the BHT teams, this position serves as a key liaison between clinical and operational teams to ensure efficient workflows, compliance, and effective service delivery.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinates day-to-day logistics of BHT onboarding and staff scheduling alongside the Clinical Manager.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve workflow, scheduling, documentation, and operational issues impacting service delivery.
- Assist with implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of clinical and operational processes.
- Coordinate projects and initiatives that support program growth, efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Monitor operational metrics and assist leadership with tracking program performance.
- Compiles and reviews payroll-related information for BHT staff and communicates concerns with the Clinical Manager.
- EHR template management for the BHT services lines.
- Communicates and collaborates with patients and families to identify problems relating to care and escalating clinical concerns to the Clinical Manager as appropriate.
- Explains policies, procedures, and services to patients using behavioral health or administrative knowledge.
- Attends, participates, and/or assists in meetings, trainings, and other activities as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
