Role Description
Responsible for executing benefits administration and operational activities for Latin American countries, providing support to internal Human Resources processes and procedures related to benefits management.
Ensure the correct administration of benefits programs, guaranteeing the quality of employee information in corporate and provider systems, as well as excellence in the services provided to employees and internal customers.
Main Responsibilities
Benefits Administration

Execute operational processes related to the inclusion, modification, and exclusion of employees and dependents in benefits programs, in accordance with corporate policies and applicable legal requirements.

Handle inquiries and requests from employees, providers, and internal customers related to benefits.

Perform periodic audits and validations to ensure the accuracy and consistency of benefits information in corporate and provider systems.

Monitor the correct application of benefits policies and support the resolution of operational incidents.
Provider Management

Support the management of benefits providers, ensuring quality in service delivery and compliance with established agreements.

Coordinate and execute operational activities related to the invoicing and payment of benefits providers, ensuring compliance with defined processes and deadlines.

Maintain the consistency of employee information between company databases and those of the providers.

Follow up on incidents with providers and support necessary corrective actions.
Processes and Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for improvement in benefits administration processes and procedures.

Participate in projects for the automation, optimization, and improvement of benefits-related systems.

Support the preparation and dissemination of communications and relevant information for employees and internal customers.

Contribute to the implementation of best practices that promote greater efficiency, quality, and user experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills

Minimum of 4 years of experience in benefits administration and operations.

Knowledge of benefits processes in multinational or regional environments.

Experience in provider management and service quality control.

Analytical ability to validate information and resolve operational incidents.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work in matrix structures and multicultural teams.

Knowledge of Shared Services Center models.

Knowledge of Workday or other Human Resources management systems will be considered an advantage.

English and/or Portuguese will be considered a plus.
