BI Senior Manager
Lead the company's business intelligence team, formulate and implement BI strategy and roadmap, optimize BI systems, integrate trading, payment, user, risk, and compliance data, manage the BI team, develop dashboards and reports, and support business decisions and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Formulate the company's long-term and short-term BI strategy, roadmap, and implementation plan.
- Lead construction, optimization, and iteration of the BI system, including data modeling, integration, visualization, and report development.
- Establish BI work standards, data quality management systems, and report release mechanisms.
- Track BI technologies and industry trends and introduce advanced tools and methods.
- Build, manage, and develop the BI team, including OKRs, performance standards, reviews, and training plans.
- Lead analysis of trading, user activity, payment, risk, and compliance data.
- Develop and optimize core BI reports and dashboards for trading, users, risk control, and compliance.
- Track KPIs, analyze deviations, and propose improvements.
- Coordinate with business, risk, compliance, and technical departments to deliver BI projects.
- Build risk-control and compliance data models, support transaction monitoring and user risk rating, and assist with regulatory reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years of BI-related experience, including 3+ years managing senior BI teams.
- Experience in fintech, digital currency, payments, or blockchain is preferred.
- Deep understanding of digital currency trading, payment business, and related data logic.
- Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, data modeling, visualization, and analysis.
- Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL, and data quality management.
- Understanding of FATF, MiCA, and other digital-asset and payment regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL; Python or R familiarity preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field; professional certifications are preferred.
- Experience with compliant digital currency exchanges, on-chain analysis, cloud computing, or big-data technologies is preferred.
