Bilingual Transitional Housing Case Manager
As the Transitional Housing Case Manager you will provide empowering and supportive services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence residing in the Transitional Housing program. This role focuses on delivering trauma-informed case management, crisis intervention, and individualized support to help clients achieve safety, stability, and long-term independence. The Transitional Housing Case Manager will work collaboratively with clients to identify goals, connect them to resources, and support their transition to permanent housing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to empowering survivors and their families.
Your Schedule:
- Monday 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Tuesday - Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Work Model: 100% onsite

- Hourly Compensation: $21.63
- Pay Schedule: Semi-monthly
