Billing Manager
Lead and manage billing operations across multiple markets and geographies, including payment partner research, negotiation, onboarding, integrations, billing roadmap development, technical requirements, issue resolution, compliance coordination, metrics, and regulatory tracking.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple billing integrations
- Identify markets and geographies for expansion
- Research and negotiate with payment aggregators and processors
- Onboard and integrate payment partners
- Design the billing roadmap with Development
- Create technical requirements for billing solutions
- Identify and resolve issues that impact billing processing
- Initiate and conduct project meetings and align deliverables
- Coordinate legal, financial, analytics and compliance aspects
- Define metrics to measure billing success
- Track and analyze changes in payment systems and regulation
Requirements
- Relevant experience in fintech
- Familiarity with payment processing ecosystems
- Knowledge of security and compliance and regulatory procedures, including KYC and AML
- Ability to perform strategic planning and priority setting for a billing function
- Excellent project management and problem solving skills
- Analytical skills and experience working with data
- English upper-intermediate
