BIM Coordinator (Architectural/Structural) [SL]

• Develop, maintain, and manage BIM models for architectural and structural works.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary models to detect and resolve clashes using tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, protocols, and deliverables.
• Support design and construction teams with 3D models, visualizations, and drawings.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and construction sequencing models.
• Facilitate model coordination meetings and track design revisions.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to integrate BIM into project workflows.
• Provide guidance and basic training to project team members on BIM processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
