BIM Coordinator (Junior / Assistant)

• Coordinate MEP models across multiple disciplines and project interfaces.
• Review models and drawings for clashes, inconsistencies, and coordination issues.
• Manage coordination drawings and ensure agreed solutions are incorporated into models.
• Work with engineers, modellers, contractors, and other disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Review architectural and structural information to identify MEP coordination constraints.
• Coordinate plant rooms, congested areas, service routes, and critical interfaces.
• Monitor drawing and model updates to maintain consistency across project deliverables.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and track outstanding coordination matters.
• Assist with site verification and update models based on approved changes.
• Support the BIM team in maintaining project modelling standards and workflows.
