BIM DESIGNER – CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING

Your Role

• Develop and maintain technical designs within a BIM environment

• Create and update detailed 2D drawings and 3D models

• Translate technical input from engineers and project teams into accurate BIM models

• Review models for accuracy, quality and constructability

• Detect and resolve clashes between different technical disciplines

• Prepare and manage technical drawings and project documentation

• Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers and other project stakeholders

• Support projects from the design phase through execution

• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Electromechanics or another relevant technical field, or equivalent through experience

• Experience with BIM and technical design

• Good knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD

• Experience with Navisworks is an advantage

• Strong technical and spatial understanding

• Accurate and structured way of working

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Independent and solution-oriented mindset
