BIM MANAGER (M&E/ Commercial projects)

We are looking for a BIM Manager to drive BIM implementation and coordination across building services consultancy projects, overseeing model quality, compliance, and collaboration among project stakeholders from design through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation and coordination across multiple building services projects

• Chair clash detection meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

• Perform model reviews and clash detection using BIM software, resolving design conflicts in a timely manner

• Coordinate multidisciplinary models spanning architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines

• Establish BIM execution plans (BEP), workflows, and quality control standards

• Mentor BIM Coordinators and Modellers, and liaise with clients and authorities on BIM submissions

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years' BIM experience, including leadership responsibilities

• Relevant BIM professional certification.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and other BIM coordination software

• Strong knowledge of Singapore BIM submission requirements and experience leading clash detection processes

• Preferred if: background in a Building Services Consultancy, with familiarity in BCA BIM requirements, BEP, and CDE workflows.
