BIM Modeler (Fire System/ M&E)

3D BIM Modellers

Location: Jalan Kayu

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm,Sat 9.00am – 1.00pm

Remuneration: $3,000 - $4,000 + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce fire protection shop drawings & as-built drawings using BIM modelling/ Revit and AutoCAD
• Able to create/develop Revit families for all trades up to LOD 400 or more
• Ability to extract 2D drawings and documentations from 3D models
• Review project specifications, shop drawings and technical clarifications
• Coordinate with M&E and other disciplines to resolve clashes and technical issues.
• Perform model updates and revisions based on site changes and consultant comments.
• Support project team to meet deadlines and project deliverables.
• Assist project team on technical issues.
• Attend BIM coordination meeting and technical meeting with engineer or PM
• Report progress to BIM Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in preparing drawings with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Candidates should have a good understanding of Naviswork, Revitzo and ACC (CDE)
• Familiar with fire system design.
• Minimum 2 years in preparing drawings for M&E systems.
