BIM Specialist – Architectural Signage & Coordination [EL]

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for signage systems in Revit
• Create and manage parametric families and BIM libraries
• Perform clash detection and coordination in Navisworks
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve design issues
• Produce drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs
• Maintain BIM data standards aligned with ISO 19650 and BCA requirements
• Support model updates for as-built and handover documentation
• Assist in automation workflows using Dynamo (if applicable)

Requirements

• 3–5 years BIM/Revit experience
• Strong Revit and Navisworks skills
• Experience in signage, wayfinding, or interior/metal detailing preferred
• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes
• Dynamo/Python knowledge is a plus
• Detail-oriented and good team communicator
