Bitcoin Business Operations and Strategy Intern
Support a regulated Bitcoin financial platform by processing compliance cases, identifying suspicious transaction patterns, assisting with KYC and transaction monitoring, improving operational processes, analyzing AI-supported workflows, and supporting affiliate partner operations.
Responsibilities
- Process Anti-Financial Crime cases accurately and quickly
- Identify suspicious transaction patterns
- Support KYC checks and regulatory compliance
- Assist with transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reports
- Use compliance tools to minimize risk
- Collaborate across Operations, Product, and Support
- Improve the customer experience across processes
- Analyze and optimize AI-supported workflows
- Prepare data-based evaluations for decision-making
- Onboard and offboard affiliate partners
- Continuously optimize systems and processes
Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- A get-things-done mentality
- Interest in Bitcoin, startups, and operational processes
- Proficiency with Slack, Notion, or Jira
- Initial experience in a startup, consultancy, or financial industry preferred
- Understanding of compliance or Anti-Financial Crime topics preferred
