Biz Ops Intern

Perform KYC and AML screening checks, coordinate customer onboarding, handle stakeholder queries, support KPI reporting and daily transaction processes, improve systems and processes, and participate in UAT.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC and AML screening checks on new and existing customers
• Coordinate with business departments to complete customer onboarding efficiently and on time
• Handle queries from customers, internal business units, and external stakeholders
• Extract data for monthly KPI reports and ad-hoc reporting
• Ensure daily BAU transaction processes are completed accurately and on time according to SLA
• Contribute to improving current systems and processes
• Collaborate with the technology team to establish test cases and participate in UAT
• Perform other operations tasks as required

Requirements

• Able to commit to a full-time, in-person role for 3 to 6 months
