Blockchain Legal Support Working Student
The role supports the legal team through research and legal assessments covering blockchain regulation, financial services law, data protection, and related developments. It also includes agreement administration, inquiry responses, compliance documentation, and internal governance support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and support legal assessments on blockchain regulation, financial services law, data protection, and related developments.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, administering, and organizing agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and provider contracts.
- Prepare responses to general inquiries.
- Maintain compliance documentation.
- Assist with internal governance processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Swiss law degree programme and completed at least the first three semesters.
- Interest in contract law, financial services regulation, data protection, intellectual property, or related legal areas.
- Curiosity about blockchain technology and public decentralized infrastructure.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
