Sales Admin Assistant
Join our team at Hansel BMW as a BMW Sales Admin Assistant (BMW Genius) and help create an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will provide expert product knowledge, support the sales team, and guide customers through vehicle features, technology, and ownership benefits
Location: Fully onsite at Hansel BMW in Santa Rosa, CA
Position: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on BMW vehicles, features, and technology
- Support Client Advisors throughout the sales process
- Deliver engaging and personalized product demonstrations
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer follow-up
- Maintain current knowledge of BMW products and competitor offerings
- Help ensure a world-class customer experience and high customer satisfaction
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for vehicle deliveries, product demonstrations, and BMW technology orientations while maintaining excellent customer communication.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for technology and the BMW brand
- Comfortable using digital tools and social media
- Retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
- Pass a drug screening and criminal background check

Pay Defined: The BMW Genius position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $20.00.
