Manages the daily activity of a restaurant and monitors business levels.

Ensures superior guest service by interacting with customers and resolving concerns.

Oversees staff scheduling, training, and performance.

Maintains product quality, inventory control, and equipment functionality.

Ensures compliance with SNHD regulations and company policies.

Oversees ordering, accounting, and reporting processes.

Supports menu planning and seasonal updates.

Drives sales through guest satisfaction and team development.

Handles hiring, disciplinary actions, and staff development.

Works minimum 45 hours weekly supporting operations.
