Branch Manager

This role involves managing branch operations, driving sales growth, and leading staff to meet business goals. You'll oversee lending, customer service, and security while fostering strong customer relationships. Active participation in community engagement and achieving sales targets are key responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a full-service branch, including lending, product sales, customer service, and security, in line with bank objectives.
• Drive new deposit and loan business, foster customer relations, and meet sales goals through coaching, staff motivation, and business development.
• Lead, train, and supervise branch staff, delegating daily operations to the Operations Officer or other personnel.
• Actively contribute to achieving bank and branch goals through sales management and officer participation.
• Engage in community affairs to enhance the banks visibility and business opportunities.

Main Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in MFI or commercial banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking products.
• Hardworking, honest, and a team player.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
