Branch Manager Bandung / Bali (Dental Clinic)
On behalf of our client, a Dental Clinic that is looking to hire a Branch Manager position. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating branch operations to ensure efficiency and target achievement. Key responsibilities include developing sales and business plans, initiating programs to boost revenue and patient visits, strengthening networks, resolving operational and customer issues, and supervising staff performance and motivation.
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operational activities at the branch, both directly and indirectly, for the benefit of the branch under their responsibility.
- Develop sales targets and business plans for the branch.
- Generate creative ideas and propose programs at the branch to increase revenue and patient visits.
- Strengthen networks to enhance the reputation of the branch and the company.
- Provide regular reports to superiors, both verbally and in writing.
- Complete tasks according to established deadlines with optimal results.
- Handle customer satisfaction issues and other operational challenges promptly.
- Conduct training, coaching, and motivation for employees under their supervision.
- Monitor the use of petty cash and the deposit of cash payments at the branch.
- Submit requests for facilities and infrastructure needed at the branch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Has minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation and market analysis.
- Strong in both operations and sales function.
- A customer-oriented mindset is essential.
