Brand and Marketing Lead
You will lead all branding and marketing activities, drive brand awareness and social media growth, and build PR relationships for media coverage. You will design and produce captivating content for marketing, campaigns, and business development, apply a data-driven approach to content marketing, develop and execute viral campaigns, manage relationships with ecosystem projects and teams, and build online communities and a media matrix from the ground up. You will work independently in a fast-paced startup environment and handle stress while delivering results.

Requirements
- At least 2 years multimedia marketing experience
- Hands-on experience producing a variety of content deliverables
- Proven ability to develop and execute viral marketing campaigns
- Experience building and leading teams in a startup environment
- Experience developing and evolving content and brand strategies
- Native English proficiency
- Self-driven with strong stress management and ability to work without micromanagement
