Brand Design Lead

Own and evolve 0G's visual identity and brand expression across product, web, social, events, and campaigns. Build scalable brand systems, lead creative development, design or direct visual content, shape brand narratives with senior stakeholders, and manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the brand identity, including typography, color, imagery, motion, and illustration
  • Build and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and reusable components
  • Ensure brand consistency across web, social, events, content, and presentations
  • Translate brand and marketing strategy into visual systems and narrative-driven creative
  • Lead creative development for product launches, campaigns, community activations, and ecosystem events
  • Design or direct social graphics, video content, website updates, keynote decks, and event collateral
  • Partner with leadership on narrative and positioning
  • Manage and direct external vendors, freelancers, and agencies

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in brand design, brand communications, or creative direction
  • Experience at a leading brand agency or globally recognized company
  • Portfolio demonstrating identity systems, campaign creative, storytelling, and high-quality visual execution across digital and physical formats
  • Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and contribute to brand narrative and strategy
  • Comfort working at pace in a startup environment with shifting priorities
  • Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
