Job Summary:
KBR is seeking a highly skilled Budget Analyst (CCaRS) to provide comprehensive financial management support to the Fighter/Bomber Directorate and its PEO portfolio under the EPASS 81 contract. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Air Force financial systems—with a Web CCaR focus and experienced in USAF budget execution, forecasting, reprogramming actions, and financial compliance. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, and a strong understanding of Air Force appropriations and PPBE processes.
Role and Responsibilities:
Execute and track USAF funds across multiple appropriations within the program office.
Use Web CCaR to conduct forecasting, obligation/expenditure tracking, reconciliation, budget loading, and creation of funding documents.
Perform tri-annual reviews in FMSuite and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Research and analyze open documents using CCaR, CRIS, SDW, and EDA.
Work with DFAS to resolve ULO/NULO discrepancies.
Prepare reprogramming packages, realignment requests, and shortfall analyses.
Support expiring-year funds monitoring and end-of-year closeout actions.
Generate financial charts, briefings, and written reports for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with Appropriation Law, PPBE, and DoD/USAF financial regulations.

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of USAF financial management or budget analysis experience.
Proficiency with Web CCaR, CRIS, ABSS, DTS, GAFS, SMART, PMRT, SDW, EDA, MOCAS, FMSuite.
Knowledge of Appropriation Law (Time, Purpose, Amount) and PPBE.
Experience preparing PRs, MORDs, MIPRs, AF 616s, POs.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to brief senior leadership and collaborate across directorates.
Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting AFLCMC, EPASS, or DoD program offices.
Understanding of USAF Congressional funding processes and AFM systems.
Experience with PMA budget planning and end-of-year execution.
Familiarity with compliance reviews, audits, and MICT processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
