Budget and Target Setting Manager (Sales Planning)
Position: Budget Manager
Position Overview: As the Budget Manager at MPT, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project budgeting and financial management. You will work closely with our project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and in line with financial goals. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
To monitor and oversee the accuracy and timely reporting of Sales Commissions Budget and S&D Budget matters such as preparation and planning of Budget, Forecast, Accrual Provision, and Actual
To lead and train the Budget Management team to be able to work on job rotations within the team.
To align with other cross-functional departments to improve the accuracy and timing of all reports.
To guide and suggest to S&D Budget PICs and team members in their issues and problem-solving.
Understanding Budget and Cost Control Processes and Practices
Good Social Communications, IT, and Telecom knowledge
Good in Spreadsheets and ERP Software, Good in Team Management
Qualifications:
Masters degree in accounting, Finance or Commercial
CPA, M.Com., or ACCA are preferred
At least 5 years of experience in Budget Management
Analysis Skills, Management Skills, and Project Management Skills
ERP Systems and IT Knowledge software is a plus
