Summary
On-site Business Analyst in Bangkok partnering with client senior management to solve operational challenges through data analysis, supply chain optimization, and cross-functional SLA initiatives. Core stack includes advanced SQL, Excel, Google Sheets/Data Studio, with Python/R desirable.

Responsibilities
- Lead as a business partner in our client who will work closely with Senior Management to solve day-to-day business challenges from query data to presentation
- Develop insights, strategies, and initiatives for our clients Operations Team to solve problems from supply chain planning and optimization, human resources, cost optimization, and more.
- Identify potential improvement factors and build up initiatives for E2E Operation SLA and lead the initiatives cross-function to see results
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 year (Associate) and 3 - 6 years (Senior Associate) of experience working in consulting, tech field or start-up environment.
- Extremely comfortable with manipulating, analyzing, and modeling a vast amount of data using advanced SQL skills, Excel, Google Sheet, and Google Data Studio. Data analysis & visualization programming languages such as Python and R are highly desirable.
- Experiences working in a highly dynamic operational and analytical environments where you have program managed large-scale insights and initiatives from 0 to 1
- Experience building data models and/or predictive models used in the business production environment
- Curiosity to explore and solve ambiguous and complex problems. Ability to organize logically and prioritize systematically. Unafraid to apply creativity to build from the ground up but also able to operate autonomously
- English proficiency (professional to native) is strictly required
