Business Analyst (Applications)

Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking a Business Analyst (Applications) to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract
• Position: Business Analyst (Applications)
• Location: Central
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $9,200 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into functional specifications and process flows.
• Identify process gaps and recommend technology or process improvements.
• Support application design, testing, implementation and post-implementation activities.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders and vendors to manage requirements, project timelines and deliverables.
• Support IT risk, governance, security and compliance requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, business cases and recommendations where required.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience in business analysis, application projects or IT solution delivery.
• Experience in IT risk assessment, governance or compliance activities.
• Experience working within a structured or regulated IT environment is advantageous.
