Job Summary
You will gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver effective business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements to support solution development and implementation
- Model business processes using BPMN to visualize workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Apply UML, Gantt Charts, and SDLC methodologies to structure project deliverables and timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical specifications
- Utilize knowledge of programming technologies including JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, SQL, and ABAP to communicate effectively with development teams
- Use development and analysis tools such as Visual Studio, NetBeans, Android Studio, Eclipse, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Tableau to support project execution and data visualization
- Communicate analytical findings and project documentation clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment between business and technical teams
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in Business Process Modeling using BPMN (mandatory)
- Experience with UML, Gantt Charts, and SDLC frameworks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with programming technologies: JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, SQL, and ABAP
