- Review and refresh business requirements for payroll automation initiatives.
- Analyse current and future-state processes and document key business rules.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation planning and benefits realisation.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across operational, policy, leadership and technical groups.
- Use service and performance data to identify practical improvement opportunities.
- Support sustainable process documentation and knowledge transfer.
You will be a collaborative Business Analyst with strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement and business documentation within complex service delivery environments.
- Proven experience delivering business analysis in government, large enterprise or complex service environments.
- Strong skills in requirements definition, process review and documentation.
- Experience with payroll, HR, automation, service uplift or digital improvement initiatives.
- Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and support shared decision-making.
- Understanding of privacy, security and compliance considerations.
