The Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Technology team and help deliver digital solutions and process improvements that drive real business value.
What You’ll Do
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and specifications
- Map current and future state processes
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- Support delivery across projects, working with stakeholders and technical teams
- Help ensure solutions are fit for purpose and deliver value
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Agile environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
