Job Summary

You will analyze business requirements, translate processes into system specifications, develop and execute test plans, and provide user support locally and overseas to ensure effective ERP system integration and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and map business processes to system processes to ensure accurate system alignment.
• Prepare Master Functional Specifications to document system requirements when needed.
• Develop comprehensive test plans for system integration testing and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality.
• Monitor and track issue logs to resolve system-related problems efficiently.
• Conduct user acceptance testing online and onsite for local and overseas users to ensure system readiness.
• Provide daily online and onsite user support to local and overseas end users to facilitate smooth system operation.
• Adapt to additional duties assigned by supervisors to support team and project needs.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or PLM.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Positive attitude toward learning new technologies and applying them effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate and foster team commitment.
• Ability to work effectively under tight schedules.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred and will be considered an advantage in supporting business operations and stakeholder communications in China.
