Our client is embarking on an enterprise-wide transformation, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Transformation Business Analyst to help shape how the organisation operates in the future.This is not simply an IT tranformation... you'll be working across business processes, operating models, technology, data and regulatory requirements to understand how the organisation works today and help design how it needs to work tomorrow.
As a Business Transformation Business Analyst, you’ll lead discovery and analysis across complex areas of the organisation, working with operational teams, subject matter experts, senior leaders and technology teams.
You’ll get involved in understanding the current state, identifying pain points and opportunities, and designing practical future-state processes and business capabilities that support the organisation’s broader transformation.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead discovery activities across business processes, operating models, data flows and regulatory obligations.
- Mapping and analysing current-state processes and identifying inefficiencies, manual workarounds and opportunities for improvement.
- Designing future-state business processes and capabilities.
- Translating business objectives and operational needs into clear business and functional requirements.
- Working closely with technology teams to ensure business requirements can be translated into effective technology solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for digitisation, automation, simplification and improved customer outcomes.
- Facilitating workshops with operational teams, SMEs, senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Challenging established thinking and influencing stakeholders towards better ways of working.
- Supporting change by helping people understand and adopt new processes and ways of working.
- Contributing to transformation roadmaps, prioritisation and delivery planning.
- Working within a wider BA team and following established standards for requirements and documentation.
