Business Analyst - Information Security

Our client, a leading name in financial services is hiring someone exceptional to play a lead role in contributing to delivery. A great candidate will be the interface between the team and the key stakeholder groups.

As a key contributor to success, knowledge of Identity verification products and implementations is ideal, in addition to knowledge of KYC requirements and processes in customer processes for financial services.

The goal for the team is to deliver a go to market product for ID Verification and KYC in the Member Online (MOL) platform in 2026. 2027 has been scoped to continue delivery of a prioritised set of use cases in MOL, back office administrative processes and expanding to other system integrations. In addition, some of the outstanding activities needed for the remainder of 2026

• Development of go to market / pricing model based on existing strategy, working closely with pricing and client delivery teams
• Development of "pattern framework" documentation, clearly defining client configuration requirements to enable reusability of solutions.
• Complete required documentation to support technology solution implementation of the two new strategic platforms, including IT Support Processes, etc
• Backlog of use cases / features which need to be analysed, requirements developed and ready for further development.
• Support the team to develop specific use cases for CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) uplift.
• This is a contract role for an initial 6 month period, extending out by 12 months thereafter.
