Business Analyst
Summary
Business Analyst role at MSV Multicall working with banks to gather requirements, coordinate FAQ bot content in a CMS, and partner with development teams on chatbot/conversational AI integration. Focus on stakeholder management, agile/Scrum delivery, and regulatory compliance in the banking sector.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banks (user stories, use cases, functional specifications).
Coordinate and collaborate with VRNW and banks to maintain and ensure the quality of FAQ content within the CMS.
Work closely with the development team to implement requirements and integrate the FAQ bot.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the user experience, response quality, and accuracy.
Communicate with business and technical stakeholders and prepare project status reports.
Support the planning, execution, and documentation of releases while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the banking environment.
Contribute to an agile project environment following Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Knowledge of chatbots, conversational AI, or FAQ systems is an advantage.
Experience in the banking or financial services sector is desirable.
Experience working with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Fluent English and good German language skills.
