Business Analyst / Product Owner (Japanese Bilingual)

Must have Skills : Scrum Product Owner, Product Planning and Roadmapping, Product Definition and Strategy, Japanese, Good To Have Skills : Digital product engineering, Job Description : Bilingual (English and Japanese) Product Owner will be responsible for defining the product vision (based on market research), gathering requirements from stakeholders, and ensuring the development team delivers high-value features aligned with business goals. They will manage and prioritize the product backlog, write clear user stories, and provide acceptance criteria to guide development. The Product Owner will work closely with developers, testers, UX designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and provide timely clarifications during sprints. Person will participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to ensure alignment and smooth delivery. The Product Owner will evaluate product performance, gather user feedback, and refine the roadmap using data-driven insights. He/She will communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure quality, usability, and compliance standards are met. Acting as the voice of the customer, the Product Owner will drive clear direction and support the team in delivering successful product outcomes.
